HE HAS TO MAKE HIMSELF DISAPPEARED
One of the job of a leader is to create the successors for himself.
When his successors are ready, he has to disappear and move to his next role, Promotion, rotation, ...etc.
Lets look at these 3 steps:
0. LEARNING
First, he needs to learn (process, culture, way of working, networking ... etc) in his new role.
0. PERFORMING
Then he can perform and contribute at the maximum level for the organization.
0. DEVELOPING
Now, he has to develop his team members (to replace him) and develop himself (for his next role)
